Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Arthbridge Innovate, we aim to provide reliable tour and travel services and a smooth booking experience for our customers. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which customers may cancel a booking, request a refund, or modify their travel arrangements.

By booking or making a payment for our tour and travel services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy, subject to applicable law.

1. General Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of tour or travel service booked, the cancellation date, the applicable service-provider conditions, and the circumstances of the cancellation.

Before making a payment, customers should carefully review the tour details, itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, cancellation conditions, and applicable charges.

Where a booking has specific refund or cancellation conditions, those conditions will apply to the relevant booking and will be communicated to the customer before or at the time of booking, wherever applicable.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

Customers may request cancellation by contacting Arthbridge Innovate through the contact details provided below.

Cancellation requests should include:

  • Customer name

  • Booking reference number

  • Tour package or travel service booked

  • Travel dates

  • Date of booking

  • Registered email address or mobile number

  • Reason for cancellation, where applicable

A cancellation request will be considered received when we receive it through an authorized communication channel.

The applicable cancellation charges and refund amount, if any, will depend on the cancellation conditions communicated at the time of booking and the relevant service-provider policies.

Customers are encouraged to submit cancellation requests as early as possible to minimize potential cancellation charges.

3. Tour and Travel Cancellation Charges

Tour packages and travel bookings may be subject to cancellation charges imposed by hotels, airlines, transportation providers, tour operators, activity providers, or other third-party suppliers.

Depending on the applicable booking conditions, the refund amount may be reduced by:

  • Cancellation charges imposed by the relevant service provider.

  • Non-refundable deposits or booking amounts disclosed before purchase.

  • Supplier penalties or amounts that cannot be recovered from third-party providers.

  • Payment processing or transaction charges, where legally and contractually applicable.

  • Administrative or service charges clearly disclosed to the customer before purchase.

The cancellation charges and applicable refund amount will be determined according to the specific booking conditions, supplier policies, and applicable law.

Customers should review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming a booking.

4. Non-Refundable Bookings and Services

Certain tour packages, hotel reservations, promotional offers, customized itineraries, special fares, deposits, or third-party travel services may be designated as non-refundable.

Where a booking is non-refundable, this condition will be disclosed to the customer before or at the time of purchase, wherever applicable.

Any applicable non-refundable amount will be handled according to the agreed booking conditions and applicable law.

Non-refundable status does not exclude any mandatory refund or consumer rights available under applicable law.

5. Cancellation by Arthbridge Innovate

Arthbridge Innovate may need to cancel a tour package or travel booking in circumstances including:

  • Unavailability of the booked service.

  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors affecting the booking.

  • Failure or cancellation by a third-party service provider.

  • Inability to confirm the required reservations.

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized booking activity.

  • Safety concerns or operational difficulties.

  • Government restrictions or legal requirements.

  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

If we cancel a booking, we will inform the customer and communicate the available alternatives or refund arrangements, as applicable.

Where a refund is due for amounts paid for services that cannot be provided, the refund will be handled in accordance with the applicable booking conditions and law.

Where the cancellation involves a third-party provider, its applicable cancellation and refund conditions may also be relevant.

6. Cancellation Due to Unavoidable Circumstances

Travel arrangements may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters and severe weather.

  • Government restrictions or travel advisories.

  • Transportation disruptions or cancellations.

  • Strikes or civil unrest.

  • Pandemics or public-health emergencies.

  • War, terrorism, or security-related events.

  • Airport, airline, railway, or road closures.

  • Other unforeseen events affecting travel arrangements.

In such circumstances, refunds, rescheduling, credits, or alternative arrangements will depend on the applicable supplier policies, booking conditions, and legal requirements.

Arthbridge Innovate will make reasonable efforts to assist affected customers in obtaining any refund or alternative arrangement available.

7. Refund Processing

Once a refund has been approved, Arthbridge Innovate will initiate the refund through the applicable payment channel.

Refunds will generally be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or other payment service provider.

Customers may be asked to provide booking details or reasonable supporting information to verify the refund request.

8. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If an amount is debited from your account because of a failed booking transaction, duplicate payment, or technical payment issue, please contact us with the relevant transaction details.

We will review the transaction and, where a refund is due, arrange for the refund to be processed through the applicable payment channel.

The time required for the amount to be credited may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

9. Refunds for Incorrect or Deficient Travel Services

If you believe that a booked travel service was not provided as confirmed, materially differed from its description, or was otherwise deficient, please contact Arthbridge Innovate as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your booking reference and any relevant supporting information, such as booking confirmations, receipts, photographs, or correspondence.

We will review the matter and, where appropriate, coordinate with the relevant service provider to seek a suitable resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include correction of the service, an alternative arrangement, a partial refund, a full refund, or another appropriate remedy, subject to the booking conditions and applicable law.

10. Refund Request Procedure

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us using the following details:

Email: info@arthbridgeinnovate.com
Mobile: +91 9879873490

Please mention "Refund Request" or "Cancellation Request" in your message and include your booking reference number, travel dates, and registered contact details.

We may contact you for additional information reasonably necessary to verify the booking and process your request.

11. Refund Timeframe

Approved refunds will normally be initiated within 7–10 business days, unless a different timeframe applies because of the nature of the booking, third-party supplier procedures, payment processor requirements, or applicable law.

The actual time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

Where a refund depends on recovery of funds from a third-party supplier, the processing timeline may also depend on that supplier, subject to applicable legal requirements.

12. Changes to Bookings

Requests to change travel dates, destinations, passenger details, accommodation, transportation, itineraries, or other booking arrangements may be treated as amendments rather than cancellations.

Changes are subject to availability and the conditions of the relevant service providers.

Additional charges, fare differences, administrative fees, or supplier-imposed penalties may apply. Any applicable charges will be communicated to the customer where reasonably possible before the change is confirmed.

Customers should contact Arthbridge Innovate as early as possible if they wish to modify a booking.

13. Disputes and Payment Complaints

Customers are encouraged to contact Arthbridge Innovate first to resolve any booking, billing, cancellation, or refund-related concern.

If a customer initiates a payment dispute or chargeback, we may provide relevant booking confirmations, payment records, cancellation details, and service information to the payment processor, bank, or other authorized institution for investigation.

This process does not affect any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.
